Catering at King's

The catering service at King's is provided by

Edwards and Blake (E&B)


  • Edwards & Blake are an independent regional contract catering company using only fresh, seasonal food from quality suppliers.  There ethos is ‘small enough to care, big enough to deliver’.
  • They're listed as one of Norfolk’s Top 100 Companies in Grant Thornton’s  ‘Norfolk Limited 2015’ report.
  • In June 2014, they were awarded the Soil Association’s 'Gold Food for Life Catering Mark Award'. It is presented to caterers who demonstrate they meet the high standards of provenance, quality and preparation and provide food that encourages pupils to eat healthy, fresh food on site.
  • In July 2014, they were awarded the 'Investors in People' accreditation.

Please find the 3 week menu cycle at the bottom of this page. The cost of a 2 course hot meal with effect from 1 Sep 2017 is £2.75 per day.

Parents should load cash onto pupil Parentpay accounts or ask their son to use the cash loaders in school.  These funds will go directly to E&B, who will administer all matters related to pupil catering accounts. All queries related to student catering accounts should be directed to the catering manager (, who will resolve issues.
