GLEA Grade 7, Points 18 to 21

37 hours per week, 41 weeks per year to include term time and results days

We have an exciting opportunity for a candidate with exceptional organisation and communication skills to lead, manage and effectively administer the smooth running of internal and external examinations at the school, and to be responsible for the management and analysis of the school’s data.

Previous experience of working in a similar role is essential.  The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the school meets all requirements set by external examination boards and must have excellent knowledge of MS Excel, experience of working with databases and be able to interpret and analyse data in order to present this in report format to the school community. Previous experience of SIMS would be desirable.

The role requires that the post holder is able to work flexible hours during exam periods and it is essential that they are available for at least 3 days on each of the A level and GCSE results weeks in the August. 

The post is 37 hours per week Monday to Friday during term time plus 3 additional weeks to include results days and any internal training events which are required (41 working weeks per year).  The salary grade for this post is (GLEA) Grade 7 Points 18-21 (£26,446 to £29,174 per annum) – actual commencing salary on pro rata basis: £23,998 per annum.

The start date for this position is 1 September 2022
