  • Year 8 Positive COVID Test Result

Good evening Parents  and Carers of Year 8,

I am very sorry for the late hour of this email, however, I have only just received confirmation of a positive COVID-19 test results for a boy who is in Year 8.

Can you please keep your son at home on Monday 12 October, he must self isolate at home.  We will establish all remaining contacts that have been under 2m for more than 15 minutes on Monday and take further advice from the Regional Health Protection Team.

I would hope to be able to give you an update by midday on Monday.  If you can pass this message on to any other parents or carers who may not receive this email, please can you?

Please have your son log into Teams for work on Monday.

Again I am very sorry for the very late notification.

    Thank you

    Simon Pickett
    Head Master
